Our standard trustee role asks for a minimum commitment of 1 day per month. The only fixed commitments are 6 trustee meetings a year (two hours each, with up to 3 hrs paper reading and pre meeting preparation). The rest of the time is split between engaging by email with the Director and other trustees, training and events, and opt-in activities with the Director to support strategy development or other Trust matters.
Aside from the required meeting attendance, how would your current commitments impact when, and how much, you could engage in other Trust related activities.
