Privacy Notice for Grantees and Grant Applicants           

The Marr-Munning Trust is an independent grant making trust registered with the Charity Commission (1153007). Our registered address is 9 Madeley Road, London W5 2LA.

At the Marr-Munning Trust we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to manage your application, grant, recruitment processes, or to maintain contact for potential future funding.

When you submit a profile, grant application or recruitment application you will provide information, some of which is classed as Personal Data under the UK-GDPR act. 

This data is used to assess grant applications, administer grants, perform necessary due diligence and recruit staff and trustees.  We maintain contact with many of our past grantees and, as such, retain some of this information once a grant has ended. The legal basis for this retention is Legitimate Interest. 

We also collect anonymous diversity monitoring data as part of our recruitment process. Data collected through this form is not linked to applications and the processes for each are siloed to protect against inadvertent linking during recruitment (for example, through when data was submitted). Data is only analysed once it has been aggregated and de linked from any online form, form submission system and time stamp. 

We store your data on Microsoft’s OneDrive, Salesforce and on our non-networked office PCs. Microsoft or Salesforce do not have any control over how this information is used and fully comply with the UK-GDPR. We will never share personal data with other organisations other than our cloud storage providers without your consent.

All data is kept securely and we are registered with the ICO.
